They walked me through the whole process, walked us through the entire contract and even noticed an overpayment in the escrow account at the closing table…which they were able to fix and we received the refunded amount in 2 business days! As an attorney myself I felt reassured that they were a team of attorneys (vs just notaries) which really showed in their knowledge, thorough review of land records, and title insurance offerings. They are out in Rockville, but if you do close with them George said he would personally come to where you are….which is great for those in the city. Finally Linda was fabulous and answered any questions I had as a new buyer both via email and phone. Highly recommend!
